MP brings 15+ years of experience in marketing, customer service and operations. Prior to becoming COO in 2025, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations at a global marketing agency. MP focuses on driving operational excellence while preserving the craftsmanship, accountability, and customer-first values that define the business.
Lanier is committed to building strong, respectful relationships with customers, partners, and team members. With a hands-on approach, he ensures projects run smoothly and efficiently while supporting the team and upholding Cartersville Fence’s high standards for quality and service.
Bailey brings 18 years of hands-on experience in the fencing industry, combining expert craftsmanship with a strong attention to detail on every project. Known for a passion for building high-quality, long-lasting fences, Bailey takes pride in ensuring each job meets both the client’s vision and the company’s standards of excellence.

Nora is the heartbeat of our daily operations, working closely with crews and customers to ensure clear communication, strong execution, and a positive experience from start to finish. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she helps align teams, manage expectations, and build trust through proactive, transparent communication.
With more than 25 years in the fencing industry, Chris brings expertise, energy, and a passion for quality to every project. He leads his crews with enthusiasm and clear communication, ensuring each job reflects the client’s vision and Bartow Fence’s high standards. Known for his big personality and sense of humor, Chris creates a positive work environment while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
